Poor poor poor service

Very Good in collecting premiums and making sales but poor poor poor service. So my husband bought me a wedding ring and because my first ring was ****** by the domestic, he bought me a very beautiful ring. So I decided to insure it. I fell very I'll, on the 30th I took of my jewellery I left it in the lounge on the table, the next day 1 July we get a delivery my husband receives it at the gate as he went out my 2 year old daughter followed him, so what I would normally do is play with her and put ring on her two fingers and ask will you marry me, so without my husband noticing she played with my ring and earrings, I eventually go down stairs to tell my husband that I need to get to a hospital, breathing issues, chest pains, vomiting, tummy upset. I tell him that I must go to a hospital, but we dont have a nanny so I will have to call a ambulance, then I ask where is my jewellery no one knows, my two sons indicates my 2year old had it last but they haven't seen it since. I put in a claim after they turned the living room upside down not finding the ring only broken earring. This rude women Vernal I still explained to her what happened she cuts me off and say she is not referring to what I am explaining. After two weeks after affidavit from police station, proof of purchase, calling my domestic,my husband. My claim is rejected because my husband said he cant remember the exact dates but it happend between the 30th of June and 1st July. They cancel my policy and basically called me a **** because my husband want sure about the date and where exactly the jewellery was.
