Poor customer services & not keeping to their word

When I joined First for Women I signed up for their Driver Assist service which meant paying R80 over and above my premium. Everytime I called to use the service I was told I am not in their database to use the service. After complaining, a consultant told me they actually do not offer Driver Assist and started actioning a refund for the months I had been paying for a service they were not offering. It ha's been over 2 months and still I have not received a refund. Instead, I have been getting numerous fruitless calls from their consultants - each with their own agenda, not informed or even aware of what they want from me -ALWAYS requiring me to recite the entire situation NUMEROUS times- and none with a workable solution. The last one called Jacqui was the absolute worst. She actually had the audacity to ask me to send them my bank statements from back when I joined their Insurance to PROVE that I indeed paid for Driver Assist. I could not believe it. Mind you a couple of weeks ago I had got another rediculoys call from one of their consultants explaining how they ever so competently went back to their recordings when I joined them and confirmed ever so diligently that I did in fact ask and pay for Driver Assist. How is this organisation being run? How, as an insurance company can you have such a terrible follow up process - isn't this the core of your business! Having the right information and actioning it as soon as possible? Your level of incompetence and poor service delivery is pathetic.
