Poor customer service from claim department at 1st For Women
I am appalled by the service I have received from 1st for women insurance. My vehicle had been involved in an accident on the 10th Dec 2023. The vehicle was then taken to the Panelbeaters and apparently they are still waiting for my parts 2 WHOLE MONTHS later. Insurance gave me a courtesy for 30 days and I’ve been without the courtesy car for a further 32 days. In what world does this make any sense? I have asked countless times for the courtesy car to be extended as this greatly inconveniences my every day commute, but the insurance cares nothing about this. This is extremely appalling that no exceptions can be made on such an occasion, yet every month I’m expected to pay for my debit which includes the R150 for a courtesy I don’t even have.
