POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I submitted a claim 4 days ago and no communication has been given. Why is there online if the business cannot even respond. 2ndly when I call the claims department, I cannot even reach them I get disconnected all the time. This is frustrating and it's the 2nd time I'm dealing with such service from 1st for WOMEN.
