Poor communication . No follow up.

The communication from FFW is staggeringly poor. My mother is 80 and contrary to my advice she insists on staying with FFW out of some bizarre sense of loyalty despite getting the worst service I have ever witnessed. Edward Nkwana is the representative there that we were told to correspond with. Numerous emails to him about this claim and answer came there none.
