POOR COMMUNICATION - 1st FOR WOMEN

Good Day,

I know there are systems and processes to follow but it surely cannot take 2 calls and 4 emails to change initials on a policy?

* I updated my policy on the 3rd Of October, via telephone & received new document on the 4th

* I then noticed the initials on the names was wrong (NR RAMMALA Instead of RNP RAMMALA) so I called in again on the 5th

* I received the new documents and this time, it read RNT instead of RNP.

* Now I understand why 'T' Would sound the same as 'P' over the phone so this time i rep**** to the email.

* I received response only on the 10th which was an acknowledgment of the email. A Lady called Sharon Mgcina responded.

* I got the new documents the same day, with RNT!! and I rep**** to correct this

* Today, the 14th, I receive another acknowledgment , no documents

I can’t go through this cycle of acknowledgments and wrong documents.

Can someone please just spare 5 minutes to fix this? it seems pretty simple to me and I honestly don’t understand why it’s taking so long and so much effort.

Relevant references in this regard:

********** 6# Your Policy Amendment: ********** 50

********** 0# Your Policy Amendment: ********** 50

********** 9# Your Policy Amendment: ********** 50

Thanks
