Poor and unhelpful customer service

I’m beyond livid. I just called your roadside assistance service needing assistance with my vehicle and I was told my car needs to break down first before I can be assisted. I asked for a guardian angel service to follow me to my trip since I’m a female travelling alone. I was then informed my request was declined by the Team leader. I’m clearly making donations to this insurance if I have to beg for assistance in times of need. I wasted my airtime and time calling your service only to not get assisted.
