Policy review- no call back

I called on the 2nd of Sept after receiving my reviewed policy document to request a discount on my premium. I spoke to a guy called Thando. A couple of days he called me back and I didn’t accept the offer. I called again a few days later requested to speak to him, i was advised that he will be sent an email to call me back of which he never did. I called on two different occasions and he never called me back. I called on the 7th and i spoke to Karabo Mokoena, who promised to escalate my review request to his manager to see if i could qualify for a discount. He said he will get back to me the following day. He never called me back. I called again on 20th and spoke to Faisel who said he will send Karabo and email and ask him to call me, i have yet to receive that call. Its been 3 weeks and nobody has assisted me.
