Policy Changes Not App****

My recent experience with my insurer has been shocking, not only have they not saved my new details, they have the gaul to try to fob me off, after having called in 5 times yesterday spoken to more idiots than I care to remember I finally settled on a staff member and laboriously went through the whole s**** of new address, safety and security questions, premium adjustments and agreed to the policy changes. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, nor did the representative contact me back - I was calling from my office number - cell was forgot at home. Today I call back chasing the new policy doc e-mail and get told none of the changes were saved. Because the agent couldn't reach me. I said that no one called the office, she explained that only my cell was called when I asked why they didn't return my call to the office as it was during office hours. She did not have an answer, not only did she not have an answer she then said, they don't have my office number, which is a blatant lie as I had provided all the new information when I moved. 6 Weeks ago! I am now fuming and livid. I expect a team leader to call me back but that probably wont happen. Terrible service.
