POLICY CANCELLED BUT DEBITS STILL GOING OFF
<p>I have cancelled my policy twice already,but to my suprise i keep getting debit orders on my account.The debit orders are not on a set date,they are taken randomly sometimes twice a day.For every debit taken i have bank charges on my account,to take i have just over R2000 worth of bank charges and other debits have returned due to these constant debits.I have recieved confirmation that the policy has been cancelled, but this week again another debit was taken. I have sent my bank statement to them as requested to do so, and to my suprise only R600 has been refunded, what happens to the difference of the cost as my account is still over drawn due to these multiple debits on my account.</p>

We can confirm that you contacted our Customer Care Department on 18 May and that the refund was discussed.
We can confirm that the refund was correctly calculated in terms of the bank charges incurred after your initial cancellation request and that the refund does not include any charges incurred prior to your cancellation request.
