I had the misfortune to have to register an accident claim on Monday 4 Jan 2016. Despite having to undertake such an arduous task, I can only state that the excellent service I received from Tasleem Bester, more than made up for it. Mr Bester was polite and prompt - he called me back (true to his word) at my convenience, due to my pressing work schedule. I found Mr Bester's assistance to be highly competent and he showed true initiative. He even made a follow-up call to advise of the progress of my claim. I've not had cause to deal with insurance claims in the past, but this matter was handled with efficiency and professionalism, which is apparently very rare in the industry, if others' claims are anything to go by. Thank you Tasleem Bester, for your excellent service!
