I have been with First for women for over 2 years. This year my premiums were increased by 800 based on a research that indicated they have been ****** cars in my area which was not revealed to me. in the 2 years i have never claimed. i had a minor accident with my car leaving my car with a dent and scratches and cover underneath the car to be replaced. i tried to report to the claims department. i was told it cannot be repaired becaused i dont have a dents cover. my questions: why is the conclusion when the extent of the damage has not been evaluated? 2. if i am paying so much and i cannot repair the car what is the purpose of an insurance?
