FFW has been very helpful and understanding every time I dealt with them. Call back requests on the App are returned less than 24 hours, at the most 2 hours. Its been a pleasure being their client, unfortunately due to personal circumstances I've had to cancel my policy but will not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need to use their service.
