Please do not insure your car with them, they will make you suffer when you have to claim from them

I wish I could give them a minus on the review. I had been with them from September 2021 mind you this is my first car. I have been paying my premiums on time and even when they increase the premiums I continued to make payments only issue is now when I have to make a claim. I was involved in a car accident where it wasn't my fault and I had to claim from my insurance. The accident happened on May 15 and had to wait until the 19th of May for an approval mind you all this time I am receiving no communication from them and I would call them and they would tell me that the processor will call me back which she never did and I would still have to call back where I am told that she is busy on another call and she will call me back. Come 19 may I receive an email telling me that my claim has been processed and I should contact the panel beaters for more information. I called the panel beaters on Monday to find out the progress of the car and I was told that the panel beaters sent the insurance an email on Friday 19th for extra damages that where found after the car was stripped and the panel beaters where waiting for the insurance guys to respond. I called the insurance on Monday asked them about the progress of the extra damages and I was told that Lettrisha will call back within 3 hours to update me on the progress. Which Monday came and went with no communication from her or the insurance (except for a call trying to sell me life cover from first for women). Tuesday, no communication from the insurance and Wednesday still nothing. I called them today on Thursday to find out what the progress was and I am now told that the assessor who is busy with my car is on leave until the 29th. and I have to wait for 48 hours again to find out if they will be able to get someone else to asses my car so that the panel beaters can start working on the car. I have received the worst service from this insurance company and i feel as if they are a **** because They claim to be all this and that for women but I am a young lady who heavily relies on my car which I had insured it with them believing that I will get the best service but I am only finding out now when I have to claim that they are a **** and the only thing you guys care about is getting our money and when we need your services it now seems as if you are doing me a favor.

Advice to any young ladies out there or any ladies for that matter, Please stay away from First for Women Insurance, rather go get something affordable and that actually services their clients not only when they are benefiting.

And since my experience I have hearing from almost every one that first for women is the worst insurance and this is how they treat their customers so please save yourselves from such heartache and stress because now I am out of a car and a lot of money because my insurance is not doing anything to get my car fixed
