Please call urgently!

So this is my second review for the past 2 months . How is it possible to give client such pathetic service I cannot understand?!loraine mallee is the consultant who is supposed to keep me informed on my claim but blatantly ignores me?!i call send emails just ignore one of the call center guys will follow up and keep me posted!what kind of business are you running?wow to think I was with your business for over 10 years and then to receive this service pathetic to say the least!can someone urgently call me please as I need to speak to someone!
