Pleasant Experience as always

I cancelled my premium after the debit order already went off from my account. I phoned a few days later to cancel my policy, seeing as I sold my car. To my ABSOLUTE SURPRISE and pleasure, the friendly salesman advised they will refund me for the month. :)

I received my refund this morning. Thanks to First for Women for their honesty and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I will be joining them in the future.
