Pleading for some sort of assistance!

Guys come on! Im not requesting assistance for a day and then you forget me! Ive already gone over and above and done everyone's jobs for them, all i ask is for 1st for woman to call the dealership and speed up the process, calling the call centre is clearly no help as they just say they will follow up but instead do nothing

I was called by a manager last week saying i can take my car in, they have spoken with automagic and everything is sorted. Did that, and guess what, more confusion, still waiting for parts blah blah blah. What i fail to understand is why 1st for woman is so adamant on always protecting the dealership as apposed to being on my side. Im tired of excuses and passing on the blame, between you guys automagic and peugeot, all i ask is my car to be fixed! You guys take money from me without fail, for a service that i have not been receiving properly for the past 6 months! Is that fair? I strongly believe if you took this more seriously and got more involved this would not have dragged on for so long. Yes Peugeot parts take time to be delivered, a month or so, this can only happen if the parts were actually ordered! But hey, dont want to get into this again and have you defend your previous automagic, so i just humbly request you guys to provide me feedback as well as follow up with all parties concerned.

Still waiting for an update.. Perhaps you guys can just give me back all my money I've wasted on you guys and il get ut fixed elsewhere. Can bet my arms and legs it wont take this long. For any potential customers reading this,lol please do yourselve a favour and keep on looking! This is beyond ridiculous now
