playing tricks not to pay a claim

3MONTHS Already and my insurance fails to resolve my claim . My claim has been confirmed as writeoff and I have submitted the settlement and reg documents. The assessor(Derik) was deployed at the beginning to attend my claim with bad attitude reflecting from the first day conversation and the report he suggested.it's. Not fair to be assessed in order to be given a conclusion of the assessor's attitude. After explaining how the accident happened you hear comments like I suspect your story is not true as if explaining the accident should be scientific. In the middle of claim proceedings the same insurance official highlights that the claim is rejected because of his findings . Later discovered that it's was not as such because The claim was not finalised. <br> The same assessor(Derik) assesses a BMW which he seem not to really know. such Bmw's have big rear tires and small front tires coming standard , but a qualified assessor has never seen it before.<br> 3 months of Paying a written off car shows that my claim has been handled very badly.<br> I hereby demand an urgent conclusion because I believe you had enough time to finalise the claim.
