Each time I’ve contacted your team, I’ve been asked to provide additional information, which I have comp**** with promptly. However, I am now at a point where I was informed that my claim has been rejected without receiving any written explanation or proper documentation outlining the reasons behind this decision.
I kindly request the following:
- Clarification: of the reason for the claim rejection, including a detailed explanation in writing.
