Payment yet not covered

I trusted FFW, however, my trust went with the wind when they told me to pay for a month that I am not covered. I have a month-to-month funeral policy that covers me when I pay for that month and if I did not pay that month I am not covered, however, I was contacted and advised that I will be double debited for the month I did not pay for and when I asked if I am covered since I am paying for it the response was no so now I ask what am I paying for if I will not be covered in a case of an event? and I was told about the terms and conditions yet when I was taking out the policy I asked what will happen if I do not pay I was told I won't be covered and I asked if I will be double debited the following month and I was advised no, yet now I need to pay double. this is ***** and I am not happy with the service I am currently receiving from them.
