Pay me what you owe me!
I gave 1st for women a months notice to terminate my insurance. They didn't action this and the money was deducted from my account at the end of February. I called them again and told them I canceled my insurance so I need a refund. The lady I spoke with advised that I can go to my bank and reverse the debit order as their refund process can take up to 7 working days. I went to my bank and was told that 1st for women doesn't allow and reversals so they will need to refund me. I called them again and the guy I spoke with yold me that the policy was still active but he will cancel it and I should get the refund after 3 working days. We are on day 8. I still haven't been refunded and calling them again is a process because a call is more than 10 minutes. I want my money 1st for women
