pay back my REFUND!!!!

<p>Ive been with first for women for a while now and im on my third car with them. My one car got burnt and they declared it written off and paid me out however still debited me twice for this car. I phoned for the third time today and they still not getting this sorted, instead they debited 75.000 twice from my account which I dont know what it is for. they were transferring me from one person to another and I asked them to phone me back because I was using a work phone and nobody called me back! instead of paying my refund which was supposed to take 48 hours since 3 weeks back im getting debited.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im very unhappy and even considerimng to go to a better insurance company.</p>
