Pay back ALL the money - PLEASE!

After almost 2 months of ignoring my engagements, 1st for Women finally decided to refund us on the 3rd of September 2020 for monies they deducted without permission for over a year. HOWEVER, (wait for it...), they decided to only refind 50% even though the money was deducted *******ly/*********ly. It's been another 2 months of me trying to get an answer as to why they approved to only pay back half what they owe us but they have just flatly ignored my emails...
