Pathetic Unprofessional customer service

Worst customer service. I have been a loyal customer for more then 5 years. This is my second claim in the 5 years. I constantly need to do follow up on the repairs of my vehicle and being promised the that my car will be fixed the following day. Literally being without my vehicle for 7 weeks as counting. Spoke to numerous consultants and managers and no feedback. My last call was Wednesday 12 April 2023 and till now no callback no feedback. Paying for insurance for a car I'm not driving
