Pathetic service yet you pay for it.......

<p>I met with an accident on the 12th of December 2015. When i logged the claim, First for Women was too quick to mention how they could recover the excess that i paid from the third party....guess what, its almost a year later and i am still waiting. It is even more frustrating that about a month ago, i received a call from Renealle Klow advising me that she had good news and the excess was recovered successfully and will be paid into my account within 7-10 days. She even asked me to confirm my bank details. And yet again, i am still waiting. I then sent an email to find out what was going on and to my surprise, i get a response saying that no offer was sent by the third party and i can call them directly. This is utter nonsense. I then sent an email asking how the call was made to me advising that they recovered the excess and no one answered that question as yet. Please can i have the call recording as i wish to pursue this further. I have made numerous calls since my accident as no one seems to care to keep you updated yet you are paying for their services. I have sent numerous emails just to be kept in the loop with what was going on and have now come to a point where i cannot take their rediculous service anymore and wish to report this. Please send me the call recording. As stated above, call was made to me around the 2nd week of October by Renalle Klow. </p>
