Pathetic Service - Very Dissapointing.

I can not stressed my frustration enough, logged a tire puncture on the 20/10/2023 and was promised to receive the link to upload pictures within 30 minutes after the call, Link was only sent on Monday midday, of which the pictures were sent the same time, been following up daily and they kept saying someone will call me back, and they cannot issue a reference number for my call. I did explain that my car is parked at home and I do not have other means of transport. Been struggling to work and back daily. This is my 1st claim since the policy was taken in 2019 and it takes them more than a week to fix a simple puncture. Like really first for Women. I am very disappointed in the service received so far, And Thank God that I have cancelled the main policy the comprehensive cover looking at the way you handle this claim.
