We've been **** to, given the runaround, ignored, and downright betrayed.

If you have no intention of upholding your end of the contract just say so, admit that you cannot provide the service you claim to and let's move on with our lives shall we????

I am very concerned about the botched installation and have now been placed in an even worse position by your latest contractors and still no relief on my side. The contractors did not bring pipe and nobody listened to me from the beginning regarding the pipe... Had you listened to what I said from the beginning then this would've been resolved long ago! Your latest contractors un*****ed our control box to replace with a new one, upon instruction of who knows who, they removed the box and left ours in the cabinet, refusing to reconnect it. They neglected to bring sufficient connector fittings for the new pump and removed the fittings off my pump and connected it to the new pump, they took all this with them when they left. They actually wanted to take my old pump and cables with them as well and I refused as they did not install the new pump yet. I honestly don't know what kind of business you guys are attempting to do, but this has been a huge nightmare for me. It feels like I am part of a never ending practical joke. When are you installing the pump???? Can we please get this mess sorted at the soonest as I am still without water and desperately needed to plant grazing two months ago already! I am disgusted to read all your advertising where you claim to care about your clients animals. You most certainly don't. How long do you expect me to keep quiet about this??????
