Pathetic service. JOIN at your own Risk

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received earlier today. When I pressed the panic button for emergency assistance, I expected prompt and helpful support. Unfortunately, the response I got from your representative, Lynn Jood, was far from satisfactory.

Instead of providing assistance, Lynn asked me why I was in trouble, which I found insensitive and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect excellence in service, especially during emergency situations. The lack of empathy and help I received was disturbing and fell short of my expectations.

I hope you take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to improve your emergency assistance service..
