Pathetic service from First for women assurance

A claim were lodged after a person drove into the back off my vehicle. We had to pay the access and claim it back. The repairs were done but after numerous enquiries they aparently did not capture any info regarding the accident but at the same time "escalated" the claim. This is carrying on for 6 months now. This is pathetic excuses for poor services.
