PATHETIC SERVICE FROM Ayanda Feti AT FIRST FOR WOMEN

I would rate this zero if there was an option . Its been exactly one week that my house was broken into and together with the ****** goods my car was also ****** . I spent 1 hour on my cell logging the claim and was promised that my car would be collected from the police station and taken to First for woman workshop to check for further damages . To date I have not had 1 single call from the accesser to advise on the progress . I have made numerous calls to Ayanda Feti from First for woman sent numerous e-mails and never received any feedback , all he can tell me is that he is waiting . He once again promised to call and I am still waiting .I tried to go through to their customer survey after the call but conveniently the call was cut and I could not go through . I called again and no one is able to put me through to the survey as this would rate them individually . The service is pathetic to say the least . Ayanda does not even know who Outsurance is and that is scary . I am so frustrated with this service , I am contacting them continuously at my own expense . One week and not a bit of progress nothing at all . Please can someone with authority assist urgently .
