PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AMADO NEFULA

Is easy for FFW to debit monthly premiums but when it comes to claim its a struggle. All i want is to cancel everything with FFW and get 12 months of my premiums back. I had to write my exams without prescription glasses that are covered with FFW and i have submitted a quotation as requested but no one came back or updated me with claim whatsoever. So i decided to call but i was told that the person that is allocated to my claim is in a meeting, and i requested to speak with the manager, apparently they all in a meeting.
