Pathetic service from 1 St for Women insurers

On 22 June 2025 my vehicle was damaged by this insurers client. I submitted a 3 rd party claim and until now, my vehicle hasn't been repaired. I have contacted the consultant dealing with the claim on numerous occasions and am told that he is waiting for the outcome of the claim which I find totally pathetic as their client admitted that he was at fault. I have tried to escalate this to their complaints department but have not received any communication from anybody. It appears that this insurer is continually using delaying tactics so that I might withdraw the claim and they can in turn save their client any financial loss. I find it absolutely pathetic and very unprofessional that this insurer cannot simply have me take my vehicle for repairs to one of their panel beater service providers. I have had no choice but to report this to the insurance ombudsman as I am really sick and tired of fighting a losing battle with this company. Thank God that I am not insured by them and I advise anybody who is looking for vehicle insurance to stay far far away from these clowns.
