Pathetic service

This probably the worse insurance i have had. Alot of promises when taking out the insurance but do not deliver. Comprehensive insurance, building and content. Website states that they cover accidental damager but a lie. My prescription glasses broke but they refuse to cover the cost under "All risk " clause in my policy. The insurance advisor Mr Emmanual feedback is also very pathetic. I would not consider this insurance company to anyone.
