Pathetic Service
Disgusting and ***** service. I was with them for over 5 years only to find out I am not getting an outbonus because I didn't request it when I app****. Something they never told me when I joined. They even admitted that they never adviced me. They are expensive and very *****. I asked them for a reduction of my premiums. They wouldn't. But the day I cancelled my policy they offered lower premiums. How pathetic!
