Pathetic service

I am very disappointed in the service I receive from 1st for Women. They are more like last for women. I laid a claim on the 14th of April regarding damaged sewage pipes. The consultant responded to me on the 16th of April. I explained to her the urgency of the matter. I thereafter sent through the report from my plumber. She says they will still have to send through their assesor. I said ok but please ASAP because holidays are coming up. Today is the 22nd of April and still no reply from Feroza Wassung. I have 2 of my properties insured with them but it seens like the biggest mistake.
