Pathetic service

I have had the most pathetic service all round from FFW. I have been requesting a Claims History letter for weeks now and each and every time it is sent it is different to the one before and reflecting claims that was not settled by First for women. In addition i have queried my the no Claims Bonus and have received the run around with regards to this Your calls are never returned and even though you do the follow up you query is not resolved. I can safely say i would never recommend any female to use them as they are only good to deduct money .
