Pathetic service

First for women is the worst and most unhelpful insurance ive ever encountered. They increase my premiums by 25% without consulting me. My account gets overdrawn. Within the same month of October they move my debit order forward by 3 days to collect the funds earlier. I have not been paid, there isnt enough funds for this debit order as it is now coming off earlier and no one can assist. To top it off, they cut the call just after 5pm and now i am unable to get a hold of anyone. Absolutely the worst insurance company to deal with. If you want problems then this is the insurance for you.
