Pathetic service and zero communication

<p>I am appalled at the poor service or lack thereof supp**** of late. I opted to take out a new policy for my home contents insurance with ffw as my renewal with the same company wasn't competitive. I was assured that the admin fee of R260 would not be charged as I was already insured with them. imagine my surprise to receive an sms confirming that both the admin and monthly premium has been deducted! I have emailed and emailed and heard back days later with a generic response saying my request will be looked into....what freaking request???? I want my money refunded!!!!!! you have the nerve to call me every week asking about the quote I did on the 6th October but no one from management calls me about my complaint? I just received another sales call asking about the quote and I asked the lady to transfer me to complaints only to receive the out of business hours message. I have had enough! </p>
