pathetic service

I have been a client for just over a year and never expected a company to be so sad in how they treat their customers. When taking out the insurance the sales lady mentioned that i will have "unspecified" portable possession cover. My prescription glasses which fall under the portable possession category got damaged and now you guys do not want to pay. Reasoning is that i didn't mention the item by name to be covered. You guys provide an "unspecified "portable possession cover. Do you claim department understand what is "unspecified" mean? Please clean up your act. Lots of things are promised when taking the policy but when it comes to paying out 1st for woman sucks. The feedback from 1st for woman is really also pathetic when claiming, one has to phone them continuously and follow up. The insurance advisor does not even care.
