Pathetic service

I have never experience such a bad service from such a reputable company, I sent an email to enquire if they would cover my claim of wind screen crack, I did not receive feedback for at least 3 weeks, I sent a request to their complaints department detailing exactly what I need assistance, how shocking, the response I got was how can I help you, I rep**** and a week later no one is replying... 1st for women your service is shocking to say the least meaning the claim process will be tideous. I will cancel my policy with immediate effective, a lousy wind screen crack and I could not get assistance wow
