Pathetic Service

<p>Took my vehicle for an assessment on the 12 October at Auto Magic in Jhb Central, when I called on Monday to follow up on my claim I was told that the assessor did not send a quote or any pictures to FFW, I was told I would be given a callback and no one called me back. Yesterday I called again and even spoke to a supervisor with whom I laid a complaint and I was told I would be given a call back by the end of the day, still no call. Pathetic service from the panelbeater and FFW's scratches and dents department!</p>
