Pathetic service

I have never had an accident claim in 15 years except for a windscreen once, been insured with different companies over the years. I had an accident on the 28th of July currently insured with first for women put a claim through and then nothing, did my inspection on the 31st of July since my call to then no contact on their part. There is no hurry on their side to contact you, repair your vehicle nothing only thing they are consistent with is to debit your account every month. Not even feedback to say we received your damage pictures we currently working on your claim nothing. All it was my call and then silence, Really why should we pay huge amounts of money every month to chase after companies like these to pay for our repairs, i think this unacceptable and i am not waiting for them i will repair my vehicle at my cost and hand them over to my attorneys. I am seriously moving to another insurance company.
