Pathetic Service

<p>I put in claim in 2015 for earthquake damage and when the assessor came he said the house was never supposed to have been sold to us. They cancelled the house cover and I moved my insurance to another company. Now unemployed I have to scan every deduction through bank account and noticed a R75 being deducted. I sent an email telling them that I cancelled my policy and the consultant told me it was a burial cover. We have 2 as it is so unneccessary. I said I never agreed to it and also told her that they phone at the most inopportune times when you don't have 2 hours to chitchat! I had my boss nagging me over my shoulder ****erally) and the consultant on phone droning on.</p> <p> </p> <p> Now after a week, I received a call and was told it would be cancelled. Fast forward to this morning and it was deducted again. I want all my money refunded to me and they give lame excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER ever trust them.</p>
