Pathetic Insurance

The claim process is nothing but a disaster. I had an accident with my mom's car ( of which i was not at fault) now we are being given a run around with the claim. One would expect 1st for women to treat their customers right especially older citizens with a sense of urgency and care. Now we get called to be asked if the car is staying in JHB when the policy clearly states that it belongs to my mom who stays in limpopo and only comes to JHB to visit. She is not working and only drives the car around to run errands when at home. How am I now a regular driver when she doesn't even stay with me?? 1st for women's pathetic and I would never recommend it to anyone.
