Pathetic insurance
I was in a small accident a few days ago. I received a car hire whiles my car was at the accessors. F4W is paying for the damages for my car but the company Has informed me I will only get my car back on the 28th. F4W wants me to return the car hire next week. So what do I do for 2 weeks without a car? This is pathetic. It's not my fault the repairs are going to take that long. Surely F4W must request the car to be finished sooner or take it somewhere where they can work on my car. Or give me car hire till I get my car back! What must I do with no car??Other INSURANCES offer 30 Days Car Hire In this kind Of event. Also the premium is getting rediculous now. Premium goes up but book value goes down!also on a document received today it states I had cat hire in Nov 2014. This is my first claim from you since I've had my car! Not a happy customer!
