Pathetic insurance

I had an accident and my car was towed to the nearest garage. An assessment was done and I was advised that the cost of repairs is less than the excess so I might as well fix the car myself. I have been sending strings of emails to Sesharikan who was handling my claim, requesting a copy of the assessment report to no avail. It's almost 2 months now. I got a shock when I received a quote from the towing company of R-+8000 to tow my car to East London. This is not the service I expected from them.
