Nothing but pathetic Disputed an outcome of a claim on the 25th September 2025 with Harold. Since then, i have spoken to a sales consultant and his understand was exactly like Mine. I even made a voice note recording of the conversation which i am happy to share with 1st for woman. Up until today, my dispute has not been resolved. They are very inefficient. Disconnect between sales and claims department. Worse insurance ever, I would not recommend 1st for woman at all.
