Pathetic customer service

Wow, I am writing my second complaint with regards to the same claim. This company's customer service is non existent. There is no communication at all unless I follow up. I keep getting told that the Senior Consultant is still busy with Validation but they initially said that their turn around time is 7 working days. Ladies please stay away from this company because how you get treated at claims stage compared to when they underwrite you is completely different. The service is really pathetic and I am disgusted.
