Pathetic claim

I lodged claim and came out that I want to write my car .I opted out to get my car back with amount settled with claim consultant Taslima . After finalizing my claim she informed me I will get that settlement in three days in my account . Now people are calling me says from 1st for women and asking me to send details and sketch of accident again after finalizing the claim. I really feel its ***** aas how can u finalize claim and now asking me again for information for accident.
