Hi i am very dissapointed in your service, since having this policy in 2019 never had problems , i dont understand why you sending me an sms says ive missed a payment while you are the first guys who deducts when my salary goes in , so please fix your nonsense. Been trying to get hold of you but no luck.call me ***

23 Jan 2024, 09:38PLEASE PEOPLE MAKE SURE WITH THIS COMAPNY THAT EVERYTIME YOU DO A REVIEW THEY WILL AD AMOUNT WHEN CHANGES ARE BEING MADE, PLUS THE AMOUNT ON THE NORMAL POLICY, SO WHAT I UNDERSTAND YOU WILL ACTUALY PAY FOR A REVIEW, COZ OBVIOUSLY CHANGES WILL BE MADE , YOU AS CUSTOMER FOREVER LOSES. JUST HOPE PEOPLE KNOWS THIS. DONT WANT TO MENTION NAMES BUT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE MANNERS PLEASE.

24 Jan 2024, 15:49Hello i just want to ffind out, i spoke to a women yesterday, very intelligent lady ,you guys made changes on my account with regarding my debit order , am still waiting for the debit order mandate please, the intelligent lady told me she will send it , but afte day and half nothing, if you can just confirm with me that you dont want me at this insurance after 5years , i will happily cancel this insurance and move to another one , coz you giys dont call treat me like i dont belong here please, dont treat me like trash please
